You may request to change your major, add a double major, or drop a double major to a single major. It is recommended to apply for changes to your major in the semester prior to when the change will go into effect. Filling out this form does not complete the change, and it is recommended you also schedule a meeting with your advisor.
Major changes may require the submission of course substitution request(s).
For registration major changes must be submitted by Sept 15 for spring registration and Feb 15 for fall registration.
