- Most user data is stored in separate databases that JICS refers to
- Academic data is not retained in JICS after graduation
- Names and email addresses may remain in group rosters and blog subscriptions after graduation
5. User Authentication
- Student and employee accounts are linked to Active Directory
- Parent and CE Student accounts do not use Active Directory
- Temporary portal-only accounts may be created for testing or specific access needs
6. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate with:
- Jenzabar One (student information system)
- Transact (for student bill payments)
- Anthology Course Evaluations
- Shopify (for embedded buy buttons)
- Alchemer (for forms)
Data is shared with these services only as necessary for account recognition and essential functions.

We track page and module interactions for logged-in users to improve our services.

- Access to data is based on account roles and permissions
- Security is managed through Jenzabar One
