• Billing information (viewable, not stored in JICS)

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Most user data is stored in separate databases that JICS refers to
• Academic data is not retained in JICS after graduation
• Names and email addresses may remain in group rosters and blog subscriptions after graduation

5. User Authentication

• Student and employee accounts are linked to Active Directory
• Parent and CE Student accounts do not use Active Directory
• Temporary portal-only accounts may be created for testing or specific access needs

6. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with:

• Jenzabar One (student information system)
• Transact (for student bill payments)
• Anthology Course Evaluations
• Shopify (for embedded buy buttons)
• Alchemer (for forms)

Data is shared with these services only as necessary for account recognition and essential functions.

We track page and module interactions for logged-in users to improve our services.

8. Data Security

• Access to data is based on account roles and permissions
• Security is managed through Jenzabar One
