Fall 2025 billing statements are now available.

Important Dates to remember:

• June 4, 2025: Last day to enroll in 6-month tuition payment plan.
• July 4, 2025: Last day to enroll in the 5-month tuition payment plan.
• July 15, 2025*: Tuition due date.  $350 late fees assessed after this date.
• August 15, 2025: Last day to take care of financial requirements before Fall semester begins. 
• August 31, 2025: Last day to waive the CWRU Medical Insurance Plan (must have your own insurance plan)

*You must be financially cleared by July 15th to avoid the late fee. This means either:

1) tuition has been paid in-full or 2) enrolled in a Tuition Payment Plan and the plan is in good standing or 3) secured enough loans or financial aid to cover your entire student account balance.
