Equipment Checkout Spring Semester Hours

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 10:30 pm

Friday - 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday - Sunday 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Spring Break: Open March 11-15 8AM - 3PM, closed weekends of 3/9-3/10, 3/16-3/17
Equipment checked out on March 8 will be extended until March 18th
End of Semester: All equipment is due back on Friday, May 3, by 5PM. The Equipment Checkout will be closed for general use from May 4 to May 12 for BFA support. BFA candidates may check out cameras and other equipment for documentation during BFA week; lending availability will open on Saturday, May 4th.
Limited summer hours begin on May 13th. The Equipment Checkout will be completely closed May 20 to May 30 for vacation.
All BFA requests must use the BFA Request Form located on the BFA Exhibition Information page.


The Equipment Checkout desk is located on the 3rd floor, room 325.
