Spring 2020 CIA Career Fair

We are pleased that you will be joining us at the Cleveland Institute of Art’s Spring 2019 Career Fair.  If you are looking for bright, talented, enthusiastic artists and designers, this will be a perfect opportunity to meet our students and alumni face-to-face.

CIA Spring 2019 Career Fair
Tuesday, February 4, 4pm - 6pm
Cleveland Institute of Art, 11610 Euclid Ave

What to Expect:

We have invited all years and majors to the event, who will make their way from table to table to get to know you and your companies/organizations better. Each registered employer will receive an 8’ table to decorate as they see fit.  Two examples of how tables have been decorated in the past are below:

Important Deadlines:

Friday, January 3:  Deadline to register before late fee of $25 applies/Deadline for information/visuals to be included in print materials.  This includes:

• A profile of your organization in our student/alumni guide - This should have been submitted with your registration
• Logos and Ads for posters and student/alumni guide (Silver + Gold Registration Employers only). Please be aware that the ad will be printed in full color, does not require bleed, and must be either a 300 dpi jpg or PDF. Submit logos and ads here.

Tuesday, January 14: Deadline for information/visuals to be included in print materials. This includes:

• A profile of your organization in our student/alumni guide - This should have been submitted with your registration
• Ads for fair booklet and email spotlight (Silver + Gold Registration Employers only).  Please be aware that the ad will be printed in full color, does not require bleed, and must be either a 300 dpi jpg or PDF.  Submit ads here.

Monday, January 20: 

• Deadline for openings to be posted. If you have openings and have not already done so, please share details regarding current opportunities/openings with your company/organization.  Submit details about openings here.  

Wednesday, January 29: 

• Deadline for representative information.  If you did not include them in your registration, please share the link to this page with the representatives you have selected to attend the fair.  Representatives, let us know a bit more about you here.
• Deadline to purchase extras, including outlet access, additional representatives, and additional parking passes.  We ask that any additional representatives fill out the representative information survey immediately after they are added in case we need to update our catering order.

Friday, January 31: 

• Deadline to receive materials for the fair that have been shipped in advance.  Please send to:

Parking:

Our fair parking location has changed!  

The Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) has arrangements with Centric, Uptown to utilize their newly built parking garage for our visitors and guests.

The address is:

1999 Circle Drive

Cleveland, OH 44106

NOTE: If using GPS, this address will lead you to the Tremont Athletic Club as opposed to the garage entrance.  From Mayfield Road, if the club is on your right, take the next possible right turn to access the parking garage.  If you are approaching the club on the left, make a left turn before the club.  Turn right under the overhang to get into the garage.  Upon entering, please pull a ticket, which you will need to exit the garage in addition to the complimentary ticket CIA will provide for you.

The garage can also be accessed by E. 116, off of Euclid.

Upon exiting the garage, please insert the Centric ticket, then the complimentary ticket for expense free parking.
