• Wide Format Printing

  

Images can be printed up to 44” wide using water-based pigment inks for high impact, archival images on a variety of substrates including posters, fine art paper, canvas, film & fabric. See list of equipment for more specifics on ink descriptions.

 

 

 
• Toner /Color Laser Printing

  

Students, faculty and staff can print directly 8.5” x 11” or 12” x 18” on high quality 130lb. cover stock on a color managed device for optimal results on a CMYK half-tone device. Use driver based RIP software to paginate, stack & repeat.

 

 

 
• 3D Printing

  

White ABS plastic, a production-grade thermoplastic that is durable enough to perform virtually the same as production parts, is used to print models up to 10" x 10" x 12" at a resolution of .010".  
 

 

• Cut Vinyl

 

   Choose from a wide variety of brilliantly colored high quality adhesive vinyls to cut single color vector graphics for applications such as lettering, window & vehicle graphics, paint and mild sandblast masks.

 

 

 
• Print & Cut Production

  

Create labels, stickers, decals and heat transfer graphics for indoor or outdoor applications up to 28" wide that set your designs apart with custom cut shapes.

 

 

 
• Binding
 

Wire binding & saddle-staple capabilities to round out small books and presentations up to 11" (bound edge).

 

 

 
• Wide Format Scanning 
 

For images that are too large to scan on standard scanners, the DOC can scan up to 42” wide by up to 60” long up to 600 ppi (optical). All images must be flat and even on both the front & back/top & bottom and be of a stable medium. No charcoal or chalk pastels please.

 

 

 
• Mounting
 

For even more versatility and dynamic presentation, prints can be mounted to a variety of substrates including: foam core and aluminum composite for archival applications.

 

 

• Laminating

 

Face mounting for wide format images is available to increase print durability and longevity in a luster/semi-gloss finish. (Other finishes available on special basis by request)
