Cleveland Institute of Art is an educational facility and does not operate a 24 hour online shipping facility.  Please keep in mind the following when selecting your shipping methods: Every attempt will be made for all orders ordered between 12:00  AM Eastern and 12:00 PM Eastern to be shipped on the same business day the order is placed. However because of our UPS and USPS pick up/delivery times, orders placed after 12:00 pm Eastern will be shipped the next business day.  Orders placed after 12:00 pm Friday and anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.  Federal Holidays do not count as a business day.
