    • Faculty and Staff will no longer have access to Google Storage
    • Access to Google Apps will allow for limited access to external doc and sheets editing 
  • How will files be shared using Microsoft 365?
    • Students, Faculty and Staff will share files through SharePoint
    • Personal files will be stored in OneDrive 
  • How will virtual meetings occur?
    • Students, Faculty and Staff will use Microsoft Teams to create CIA-related meetings
    • Google Meetings will no longer be available for the community to create meetings
    • Anyone can attend a Google Meeting when invited by an external meeting organizer 
    • Zoom accounts will be limited to use for large groups and webinars 
  • How Will I schedule meetings with students?
    • You Can Book Me with Outlook integration

  • Is there any training available to help me make the most of Microsoft 365's features for student interactions?

    • Make and take calls from the Teams app on computer or mobile device

  • Will I still access my Google Drive files after migration to Microsoft 365?
    • No, Google storage is being discontinued by CiA
    • Files transferred from Google will be available in OneDrive and Sharepoint
  • How do I handle group projects or collaborations with students?
