Cyber threats can be scary, and for good reason. Malware could be lurking in any suspicious email that finds its way into your inbox. Fortunately, we know how to keep bad actors and monstrous malware at bay. But we can’t do it without your help! That’s why we’re recognizing Cybersecurity Awareness Month this October by sharing tips to promote a strong and resilient security culture in our organization.

The best way for us to start defending against cybersecurity threats as a community is to assess where we stand now. For that reason, you may have recently received an email requesting you to take the Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment (SAPA). Determining where we are as an organization will help us prevent cybersecurity threats in the future and help us provide the best training and support against these threats. If you have been asked to take the SAPA, please complete it using the link in the SAPA email no later than October 9th.
