What online services does CIA have?

Questions and Suggestions

The Catalog of Online Services is provided for your reference.

An online service (free and paid) is any tool or service accessed from the internet through a web browser or browser-based application.  A CIA online service provides functionality to accomplish work performed in the service of the Cleveland Institute of Art.

New services are not supported by CIA until they are known and approved by Online Services (or IT leadership).

Information about requesting new Online Services is found in the Online Service Account and Software Acquisition Policy

Many services are available automatically with a CIA account or based on an individual's responsibilities. Additional access to supported Online services should be requested at support.cia.edu

CARE Team simplification

The CARE form accessible from the Home page menu is the only place to find the CARE form.

Previously a section called CARE Team housed four pages visible to specific groups. The form has always been the same. The other pages have been removed to improve search results and prevent confusion.
