An digital service (free and paid) is any tool or service accessed from the internet through a web browser or browser-based application. A CIA digital service provides functionality to accomplish work performed in the service of the Cleveland Institute of Art.

New services are not supported by CIA until they are known and approved by Digital Services (or IT leadership).

Information about requesting new Digital Services is found in the Online Service Account and Software Acquisition Policy.
