The Digital Output Center (DOC) is a fine art print service bureau located at the Cleveland Institute of Art that specializes in 2D digital fine art printing (also known as “Giclee" printing). This service is open to students, faculty and staff of the college as well as to the general public. These services are provided at cost to CIA students.

In response to the proliferation of digitally generated work in both fine art and commercial fields, the Digital Output Center at the Cleveland Institute of Art (DOC) was founded in 2008. Created by artists for artists, the DOC strives to provide a practical resource for artists and designers to produce and learn about different means of digital production. The DOC is where artists can come to turn digital images, that previously only existed virtually on screen, into physical works of art or create limited edition fine art reproductions of handmade work that are salable as a reproducible medium in fine art markets. With a variety of the latest technical innovations in print media and production methods available, the Digital Output Center at the Cleveland Institute of Art is dedicated to helping artists realize their vision.
