Appointments are recommended, customers can use this link to schedule an appointment. Please see the map below and follow the green arrows for available parking locations. Please take notice of all posted parking rules and regulations. The Digital Output Center and CIA are not responsible for any complications resulting from improper parking. 

For brief visits & pickups, there is a temporary parking spot in lot 73 located in the rear of the Joseph McCullough academic building at 11610 Euclid Ave (next to handicap accessible parking). Customers may remain in their vehicles or meet DOC staff at entrance C. Please call the office number below to give notice of arrival.

For visits longer than 15 minutes, customers are advised to use a metered parking option, located along 117th St. next to the CIA residence hall. Entrance A, on the northwest side is accessible to the public from 9am-5pm, M-F. Customers can also call the Digital Output Center to coordinate access via entrances B or C.

Credit card is the preferred payment method and can be processed online, in person or by phone. Advance payment online or by phone will expedite pickup.
